Chef John Stout is an Assemblies of God US Missionary, certified by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef and by the International Food Service Executives Association as a Master Certified Foodservice Executive. Chef John is a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God.
Chef John is a 1998 Graduate of Johnson and Wales University and has over 20 years of food service experience as a restaurant manager, executive chef, foodservice consultant and competition chef.
In addition to top shelf culinary training and competition, Chef John is a talented communicator, pastor, Bible teacher, and leader.
In 2009, Chef John began working with Mercy Chefs which is a faith based, non-profit, ministry committed to preparing and serving high-quality, professionally prepared meals to victims, volunteers, and first responders in disaster areas.
Chef John and Rachel Stout were recently launched as US Missionaries with the Assemblies of God US Missions Church Development department and is tasked with helping churches develop quality hospitality programs to reach communities for Christ through the unique vehicle of food.
